What Mito2 is

Mito2 is a turnkey IHHT platform built for wellness facilities including medical spas, chiropractic facilities, integrative medical practices, performance gyms, trainers, and wellness centers. A single technician can run safe, fully programmed 40 to 50 minute sessions on standard 110V power.

Each session alternates short intervals of low-oxygen air with higher-oxygen air, recreating the cellular signal of training at altitude without leaving the facility. The mechanism is rooted in the HIF-1 alpha oxygen-sensing pathway recognized by the 2019 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. Mito2 is a wellness modality, not a treatment for any medical condition.

Mito2 provides Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training (IHHT) equipment for wellness facilities, medical practices, and individual consumers. Our services include equipment sales, training resources, and ongoing support for IHHT technology.

3. Use of Equipment

Mito2 IHHT equipment is designed for use by trained professionals in appropriate settings. Users must complete the Certified Altitude Therapist™ (CAT™) credential through O₂ Pro Academybefore operating the equipment with clients.

Equipment must be used according to manufacturer guidelines
Regular maintenance and calibration are required
Only trained operators should administer IHHT sessions
All safety protocols must be followed at all times

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mito2 and Ergo-Flex Technologies and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. Purchase Terms

All equipment purchases are subject to our standard sales agreement. Pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules will be outlined in individual purchase agreements. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mito2 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the equipment or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mito2, Ergo-Flex Technologies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the equipment or violation of these terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
